When will I receive my order?

FOR PRINTS please allow 2-3 WEEKS for shipping within the US. Canada and International orders please allow 3 WEEKS.

FOR CUSTOM ICONS please allow 4-5 weeks

FOR CALENDARS + SKETCHBOOKS usually 2-3 days

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, and thrilled to announce that as of 2024 I'm using FEDEX and have much better rates!

>>> Please do note that we are not responsible for any ADDITIONAL custom fees, duties or taxes that may be imposed through international purchases. Each country has its own tariffs (customs duties) and import VAT (Value Added Tax) on items shipped from the USA.

Will I be charged a sales tax?

California orders will have a 9% sales tax added to your order total.

 

How are the prints packaged?

All prints shipped FLAT and are packaged in a clear sleeve in between two pieces of corrugated cardboard and then within a flat sturdy corrugated cardboard mailer.

 

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. lf by chance your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it as occasional exemptions can be made on a case by case basis.

Please check your address carefully, you are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply.

 

What if my print arrives damaged?

We will do our best to make sure the print arrives to you safe and sound but occasionally things do happen and if so please contact us at info at mysticmamma dot com within 3 days of receiving it and we see what we can do.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled so please take time to tune in when making your choices ;)

 

Can I pay with credit card if I don't have a PayPal account?

Yes! All orders will be processed through PayPal but you do not need to have an account. You can pay with all credit cards without needing to log in.  When you are redirected just scroll down and select the option to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card".

 

Please note we ship all packages with tracking. Once it is confirmed to be DELIVERED we are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Please contact your local post office to see if they have it there and ask your neighbors!
